Well, what can I say? 2005 was an outstanding year for Metaphor Studio and 2006 is looking even better.
From developing and managing a multi-state advertising campaign for
heavyweight Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, to beginning the brand
renewal process for the City of Blue Ash, and launching our new editspot℠ technology product, we have been incredibly
active.
We have also managed to complete our evolution to a full-fledged
Creative Consultancy. From our humble beginnings as a Web design and
strategy firm we have added the experience and expertise necessary to
satisfy extremely complex brand renewal engagements. Our Community Experience Development™ process has
been fully realized and it has been producing astounding results of changing brand "audiences" into brand "communities."
In this first issue of pull you will see that
Metaphor has added a number of very talented professionals to our team.
Our existing group received promotions for outperforming all forecasted
expectations and we actually tripled revenue. Unheard of today. Life is
good, but we're just getting started!
Our 2005 Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield campaign yielded great results for Anthem as they merged with Wellpoint. The "So Happy Being Blue" outdoor, newspaper and direct-mail throughout Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana produced high-recall and incredible response volume. It literally put smiles on all of our faces. Metaphor's Brand Mantra Workshops continue to gain popularity. As the primary tool for measurement of Metaphor's creative execution, the workshop achieves alignment of executives toward the common goal. If your executive team doesn't understand the essence, character and identity of your organization then it's unlikely that you're being as productive as you could be.
In addition, we saw an enormous increase of interest in
our editspot™ Web site content management system, adding over a dozen
new clients. This software has been lovingly developed over the entire
history of our company, and it shows. Our clients LOVE using this product. In 2006 we’re focusing the
editspot team on rolling out new features and increasing our
